Limited parking availability can be quite frustrating!!! Noise disturbances from other guests interrupting peace at night create less of a relaxing environment. Inconsistent cleaning of rooms leads to disappointment during stays, which could be easily addressed.

The hotel has a good and magnificent location nice to get around on the island. Plus, this property is close to beaches, a very good local restaurant and Tenerife;))

Everything was very good, including very attentive staff and absolutely perfect location very close to a very good local restaurant. They provided an amazing breakfast with fresh fruits, healthy food, smoothies. Location: the hotel was near South airport, and restaurants. I greatly enjoyed to be in this place...

I was utterly disappointed by the noise from other guests, which completely spoiled my precious sleep, not to mention the utterly bland dinner experience where i was assigned a table in the way of the staff, how is that even acceptable? I expected a room upgrade as compensation for these inconveniences but apparently, that was asking too much.

The breakfast spread is really good, with a rich selection of fruits alongside smoothies and juices that are included, which gives the mornings a real boost. The heated swimming pool is a good touch.

Parking availability is a nightmare, especially at peak times, with spots quickly filling up, forcing you to trek uphill just to reach your car. Noise disturbances from other guests can really ruin the tranquility. I heard alarm clocks ringing at early hours and late-night chatter that echoed through the hallways. The lack of air conditioning in the rooms can. Cleaning was hit or miss, with towels not consistently replaced and some areas of the room overlooked entirely. The dining options could also use some variety. While the quality is decent, the limited drink menu and confusion around bringing your own beverages to dinner can quickly turn a meal into a hassle.

Delicious, excellent breakfast with smoothies, healthy options, various products. Exceptionally comfortable bed, clean bathroom and a microwave oven, a fridge, and a dining area in the room. Good and perfect location, an easy walk to everywhere.

I enjoyed the heated pool, a great way to unwind after hiking. I appreciated the selection of healthy breakfast options, made mornings good. The location provided great access to fine hiking trails, perfect for outdoor enthusiasts like me. Cycling is a popular activity here too, with lovely views. My family enjoyed our time in this peace all around.

The hotel has a beautiful layout with well-maintained common areas and an extensive gym that’s perfect for active travelers. The staff’s warmth and helpful nature make for a welcoming environment. The Wi-Fi could use improvement since it’s mostly available only in certain areas.

The apartment was spacious, with a mini kitchen and a living room with a lovely balcony overlooking the ocean. The breakfast selection was excellent, with different hot dishes each day, fresh fruit, and delicious banana pancakes. Plus, the heated pool was a wonderful way to unwind after a day of hiking in Tenerife's fine natural landscape.
