i was utterly disappointed by the noise from other guests, which completely spoiled my precious sleep, not to mention the utterly bland dinner experience where i was assigned a table in the way of the staff, how is that even acceptable? i expected a room upgrade as compensation for these inconveniences but apparently, that was asking too much.
